You are to Assist in overseeing and supervision of essential services i.e. Security, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and supervision of essential services i.eSecurity, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.
• Ensure that Facilities are well maintained.
• Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Assist to supervise building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
• .Supervise and check that agreed work by contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up
• on any deficiencies.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide a first line support for the facilities function for all internal and external customers/contractors
• Assist in coordinating the Company fleet.

Qualification/Requirements

• HND/B.Sc Degree in Facility Management of related field
• 3-5 years in a similar role
• Good technical skills
• Communication and correspondence skill..
• Interpersonal skills

Salary : N70,000 monthly net plus other benefits
