We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented Manager, Marketing and Sales with strong personal & professional integrity to join the dynamic team in our Nile Digital Education Team (Lagos Branch).
Responsibilities
The Manager, Marketing and Sales will be responsible for driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives to position Nile Online as a leader in the digital education space, in alignment with the strategic goals of Honoris United Universities.
He/she is expected to;
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve the organization’s revenue and student acquisition goals.
- Provide strategic leadership in planning and executing innovative campaigns to promote Nile Digital Education programs across various channels.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, leveraging advanced market research and competitive analysis to refine strategies and gain a competitive edge.
- Establish robust lead generation mechanisms to drive engagement and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of impactful marketing assets and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and enhance ROI.
- Act as a key business partner in aligning marketing and sales efforts with the broader goals of Honoris United Universities.
- Represent Nile Online at relevant events, conferences, and networking platforms to strengthen industry presence and foster relationships
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in the Contact Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of institution’s policies, and services.
- Proficiency in communicating in the major Nigerian languages is an added advantage

Responsibilities
The Student Recruitment Specialist will focus on engaging with prospective students, nurture leads, and champion the conversion of leads into registered students.
He/she will be responsible for making outbound calls to leads, providing information about our educational programs, guiding prospective students through the enrolment process with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Qualification & Experience
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through various channels, including website inquiries, social media, and events.
- Engage with prospective students to understand their educational needs and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about our educational programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
- Build rapport with prospective students and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to maintain engagement and facilitate the conversion process.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for registered students and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion and enrolment.
- Drive the focus on improving the client’s experience in every interaction through call listening, quality checking, and feedback.
- Resolve all callers’ queries that are escalated from agents efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize all quality management feedback and insights to coach and develop team leaders to deliver exceptional service.
