    Video Editor

    Job Description

    • MPG is looking to hire immediately an experiences Video Specialist with over 5 years experiences in producing corporate videos and strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Products, Training, Employment Announcements and more.
    • Video editor is required to work with Sales and Marketing Director, as well as Faculty and other stakeholders to develop and maintain high quality video content. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Video lectures
      • Promotional pieces
      • Event Coverage.
    • The Video Specialist must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects/deadlines. Must be a self-motivator, a proactive team member, and be able to efficiently work under little supervision.
    • Ideal candidates should have experience in all areas of video production and would be a self-starting and creative contributor to the team. Interpersonal skills is important.

    Essential Functions

    • Creates and / or edits raw video into a finalized format for a variety of web, broadcast and other communications projects and outlets.
    • Determines audio, music, and visual effects necessary to complete videos, arranging video clips into sequences, and using editing equipment
    • Transcodes raw digital video into editable file formats, organizing and archiving video footage, and maintaining and cataloguing all productions
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications
    All entries:

    • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification.
    • 3 - 5 years of related experience (e.g. video production, editing, directing).
    • Technical experience using digital media equipment, video creation, editing software, and/or digital media control software.
    • Knowledge in production techniques including videography, compression, and file
    • Knowledge of camera, lighting, sound and editing.
    • Understanding of online video environment and online distribution.
    • Ability to adapt equipment setup and provide alternative setup or workarounds if necessary.
    • Interpersonal skills, judgment, and diplomacy required to interact effectively with and provide customer service to a broad audience.
    • Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Time management skills.

    Other Required Skills:

    • Proficient video and audio editing skills using Adobe Premiere CC.
    • Experience with digital visual effects, motion graphics, and compositing software.
    • Script writing.
    • Directing or coaching non-actors.
    • Must have computer and software, and WIFI bandwidth to work from home.

    Salary
    N100,000 monthly

    Job Requirements

    • Graphics Designer must be able to:
      • Design Web Pages
      • Brochures, Logos, Signs and Banners
      • Book Design
      • Statement of Qualifications design
      • Magazine Covers
      • Annual Reports
      • Social Media Advertisements
      • Employee Handbooks
      • Training, and other communication materials.
    • Graphics designer must be able to create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite - including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more. Graphics designer must have experienced designing for international corporate bodies with past samples of project done.

    CRM Specialist

    Job Brief

    • MPG is seeking qualified CRM professionals who understands the vast usage of various CRM platforms and CRM integration processes.

    Job Role

    • Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM
    • Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks.
    • Customizing and pulling marketing reports from the CRM.
    • Analyzing the marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to
    • Writing training manuals and teaching staff on how to use the CRM
    • Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
    • Meeting with teams to help them analyze business trends

    Skills / Requirements
    The CRM Marketing Specialist must have the following skills and qualifications:

    • Minimum of OND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
    • Expertise in the CRM software.
    • Ability to help figure out how to better integrate the CRM with internal legacy platforms.
    • The skill to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requests.
    • Organizational skills, which help the CRM Marketing Specialist juggle competing demands from marketing, sales, customers, and supply chain management.
    • Collaboration and patience to serve as the bridge between all internal and external processes.
    • Strong writing skills to communicate with internal partners or even to write technical training manuals for end users
    • Public speaking skills that allow them to train others on CRM software.
    • Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data.
    • Ability to discern meaning from patterns and spot trends from data.
    • Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication.

    Other Requirements:

    • CRM Marketing Specialist should be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
    • CRM Marketing Specialist should also be able to use communications technology to share information.
    • Expertise in project management software to help them manage internal customer requests.
    • Applicant must have good internet connection and a functioning computer.

    Salary
    N120,000 - N200,000 monthly
