    Job Summary

    • The role of the Finance Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging financial expertise to drive business performance, inform decision-making, and create long-term value for the organization.

    Scope of work

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Collaborating with business units to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insights on variances to budget/forecast.

    Decision Support:

    • Providing financial analysis and advice on business decisions, such as investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
