    Executive Assistant to the CEO

    JOB SUMMARY

    Our Client in the Real Estate industry is seeking to hire an Executive assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant is to provide executive support in a one-on-one working capacity, serve as a liaison to the board of directors, the executive committee and management teams, oversee special projects, organize and coordinate executive meetings and external relations efforts.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain confidentiality of all information and correspondences, keep adequate records of all documents, email addresses, and phone numbers within the office of the CEO
    • Manage the CEO’s personal brand, including identifying relevant speaking and interview opportunities, preparing speeches or interview responses, and providing insightful content in line with the Company’s brand values for publishing
    • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Office of the CEO and other departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    •  Bachelor’s degrees in business, business management, finance, and other related courses.
    • Candidates must have out of country experience either through education or employment history.
    •  A minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience in a formal organization.

    REQUIRED SKILLS 

    • Exceptional communication skills ability to write and speak clearly and professionally.
    • Demonstrable analytical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and presentation skills
    •  Meeting planning, proofreading, scheduling, customer service and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

     Our Client in the Real Estate industry is seeking to hire a Leisure and Hospitality Manager to oversee, manage, and direct the affairs of the Company’s Hotel.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver on world-class experience, activities, and events to the patrons of these leisure offering.
    • Provide creativity on the methods of delivery on experiences, activities, and events.
    • Understanding patron leisure tastes and responding to these tastes to amplify the experience of the leisure offerings and keep these businesses a first-rate choice of leisure seekers.

    Senior Accountant

    JOB SUMMARY

    Our Client in the Real Estate industry is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant is Expected to prepare annual financial statements, review the general ledgers and trail balance on weekly basis to identify any mis-posting or irregularity for correction.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Document financial transactions by entering account information.
    •  Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
    • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
    • Monthly monitoring of financial budget with in-depth variance analysis.
    •  Ensure full tax and statutory compliance.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degrees in Economics, Business management, Finance, and other related courses.
    • Work Experience in the “Big 4 Accounting Firms” (Senior 2 level) or real estate related industry.

    Project Development and Project Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

     Our Client in the Real Estate industry is seeking to hire a Property  Development Project Manager, who will be responsible for providing strategic planning, project management, and financial oversight in new build development projects and existing buildings while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in terms of time and quality.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide strategic management of all development project throughout the development lifecycle. This will include providing managing the predevelopment activities, project financing tasks of development project and meeting project objective.
    •  Manage the detailed design phase of the projects, ensuring quality assurance, strict adherence to corporate specifications and attention to cost management.
    • Ensure that construction projects are in line with current health & safety laws and internal company requirements.
    •  Lead core team by providing exemplary leadership and levelheadedness and providing direction to multiple non-team members in creating the synergy required for evaluating and executing business objectives
    • Provide regular reporting at management and board levels. Organize pitch (multiple media) development to communicate ideas and opportunities within and outside the organization.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degrees Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction or related field.
    •  Experience both in Africa and outside Africa either through education or employment history.
    •  A minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience in a formal organization,·

    ·    REQUIRED SKILLS

    •  Experience working in a client-side real estate development environment.
    •  Good understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and project management.
    • Business analysis skills, with the ability to foresee issues, develop constructive solutions and provide decisive recommendations
