    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing Service Desk communications with end to end support.

    DataCenter Management - Subject Matter Expert

    Our client is looking to hire highly skilled Datacenter Management SME (Subject Matter Experts) to lead the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and manage Data Center facilities to ensure the availability and performance.
    • Supervise facility vendors and managed services partners in all support and maintenance activities.
    • Daily checklist to ensure working of all Data centers parameters including Temperature, Power, and Telecom
    • Ensure the Data Center is maintained at optimum temperature and humidity levels
    • Schedule preventive maintenance on time with all vendors and ensure its effectiveness (UPS, Generator, Electrical Monitoring System, Fire alarm Etc.)
    • Conduct assessment of operations risk and highlight them to the management and take risk- mitigation activities wherever possible.
    • Ensure Cable Management of all Racks is proper and tidy

    • Ensure that proper housekeeping is done within the Data Canters

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement the service asset management policy and standards
    • Agrees scope of the Asset Management processes, function, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded.
    • Follow Asset Management standards, Asset Management plans and procedures
    • Train respective team members on Asset Management process
    • Agrees assets to be uniquely identified with naming conventions; ensures that staff comply with identification standards for object types, environments, processes, lifecycles, documentation, versions, formats, baselines, releases and templates
    • Proposes and/or agrees interfaces with Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management and other functions
    • Plans population of the asset DB; manages the asset DB, central libraries and tools; ensures regular housekeeping of the asset DB
