    Architect

    Job Purpose:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team for building project site supervision services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring design integrity, quality of work, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Architect will be responsible for monitoring construction progress, ensuring that the design is implemented correctly, and collaborating with the project team to resolve any issues that arise during construction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the architectural aspects of the building project on-site, ensuring that construction adheres to the approved design, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of construction and ensure compliance with architectural drawings and design intent.
    • Review and approve contractor submissions, including shop drawings, materials, and samples, ensuring they meet the project requirements.
    • Ensure that the construction work is being executed in line with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

    Mechanical Engineer

    Job Purpose:

    We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team, specializing in building project site supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems for building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
