Position summary:

• The individual should be self-motivated, creative, and proactive to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• The individual will work closely with the Image Technology team to execute test iterations, reporting results.
• The individual should have a strong understanding of professional retouching processes and a vast knowledge of Image Aesthetics.
• The individual must be able to work without close supervision and deliver within the specified deadline.

Major responsibilities:

• Proficient in using photo retouching tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, or Capture One) to retouch photos professionally.
• Professional beauty retouch of models using knowledge of image aesthetics.
• Create several different image effects on photos that will appeal to the model.
• Keep abreast with new fashion and beauty trends concerning image retouching.
• Evaluate retouched photos of the models using a questionnaire to find out each user's image preferences.

Skills/ Experience Required:

• Passion for photography and selfies; accurate cognition of good photos; experience in cell phone testing is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Strong execution and responsibility;
• product experience blogger, photographer, mobile product KOL, 
• major in photography, art, and computer programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test mobile application content for grammatical accuracy, proper spelling, and natural language flow in Igbo.
• Identify and report bugs, language inconsistencies, and UI/UX issues.
• Review and validate Igbo text translations within the app.
• Collaborate with developers and linguists to suggest improvements.
• Conduct regression testing after bugs are fixed.
• Ensure cultural appropriateness of content for Igbo-speaking users.

Requirements:

• Degree or background in linguistics - Igbo language
• Native or fluent proficiency in Igbo language (reading and writing).
• Basic understanding of mobile application functionality (Android/iOS).
• Experience in mobile app testing or linguistic QA is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured test plans.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Familiarity with testing tools or platforms.
