    Practice Manager

    Role Summary

    • The Practice Manager oversees the overall management of the practice, ensuring smooth workflows, efficient operations, and high-quality client service. 
    • They help coordinate all aspects of the practice's operations, including staff management, process improvement, and meeting client requirements.

    Responsibilities
    Managing Overall Operations and Workflow:

    • Oversee daily activities and workflow within the practice to ensure operations run efficiently.
    • Coordinate between various departments, ensuring timely communication and execution of tasks.

    Meeting Deadlines and Client Requirements:

    • Ensure all legal departments meet deadlines and client requirements, preventing delays.
    • Collaborate with attorneys to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet the firm’s high standards.

    Process Development and Improvement:

    Role Summary

    • The IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the firm’s technological infrastructure, ensuring data security, and supporting the tech needs across the organization. 
    • The role is pivotal in keeping all IT systems running smoothly, enabling efficient operations, and protecting the firm's data and sensitive information.

    Responsibilities

    • IT System Installation and Maintenance:
      • Oversee the installation, configuration, and regular maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
      • Ensure that all IT systems are operating efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.
    • Data Security Management:
      • Implement and enforce best practices for data security, ensuring that sensitive client information and internal data are well protected.

    • Stay Up-to-Date with Technology Trends:

    • Backup and Disaster Recovery:

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 6 years of experience.
