Safety & Quality Officer at Anap Jets

Job Description: -

• Assist the Safety, Quality and Security Manager in implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the compliance monitoring program.
• Conduct NCAA/EASA/IOSA (ISSA) audits, documenting non-compliances and observations,and reporting them to responsible managers for action.
• Ensure that remedial actions are taken to address the root causes of findings and observations.
• Manage the compliance audit program, record and track compliance monitoring data, and chair and take minutes of compliance meetings.
• Conduct trend analysis on data collected from compliance, safety, and quality-related functions.
• Identify safety hazards, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety cases when necessary.
• Conduct internal training on compliance and safety as required.
• Support safety investigations and maintain the reporting data.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in aeronautical, mechanical engineering, a similar field or relevant certifications.
• At least 3 years of auditing experience.
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian commercial aviation industry, NCAA/EASA/UK Part TCO,and compliance monitoring.
• Sound knowledge in Flight and Ground operations.
• Competency in SMS regulations.
• Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure compliance andsafety.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, analytical approach, teamwork.
• Trend analysis of data.
• Proficiency in computer systems (e.g. Microsoft, PowerPoint, etc), and data recording andanalysis.
• Ability to work in a Team.
• Performance Indicator monitoring and measurement.
