    Head Baker / Kitchen Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Cake decoration.
    • Ensure the proper mixing, baking and preparation of menu items according to specified recipes, standards and guidelines.
    • Preparation of cakes, other baked goods, desserts and other restaurant orders in line with given standards.
    • Responsible for the training and induction of all kitchen employees.
    • Ensure that all kitchen equipment are kept clean an in excellent working condition
    • Organizing and planning regular cleaning schedules to ensure that high levels of hygiene and sanitation are maintained in the kitchen.
    • Ensure that all items produced meet the required quality standards.
    • Ensure the compliance of kitchen staff with laid down policies & procedures.
    • Responsible for ensuring that alL kitchen records are properly updated on a timely basis.
    • Proper organisation and storage of raw materials, baked goods, inventory, kitchen utensils, crockery, cleaning materials etc. in accordance with HACCP standards.
    • Responsible for the overall supervision of the day to day operations of the central kitchen.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Minimum of HND certificate
    • At least 3 years experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Must be able to write, read and communicate in English fluently.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including cake baking, pastry making and cake decoration.
    • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
    • Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming standards.
    • Experience in cake decorating with whipped cream, cream cheese and butter icing.
    • Mathematical skills for working with simple conversions, weights and measures.
    • Ability to work under pressure.

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute ideas for creative digital marketing campaigns that align with our marketing strategy.
    • Generate creative ideas and manage digital marketing content across all our digital platforms that incorporates brand standards to help boost business performance.
    • Create, publish and share engaging content (original text, photos, videos, etc) for use on social media. • Translate brand elements into plans for digital marketing strategies.
    • Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for digital marketing.

    • Implement advertising/promotional campaigns and profitable positioning strategies.
    • Manage SEO/SEM and marketing database.
    • Handling and monitoring of all website and whatsapp orders.
    • Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and feedback across all digital platforms in a timely manner.
    • Implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the company's associated online media assets pages and generate conversions.

    Qualifications

    • BA / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field (desirable).
    • 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
    • Avid story teller with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrable experience in social media marketing.
    • Photo and video editing experience.
    • Vibrant and outgoing personality.
    • Technological savvy with understanding of how technology can be deployed to boost marketing activity.
    • A keen interest in food and/or desserts is highly desirable.

    People Lead / Human Resources (HR) Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Managing the recruitment and selection process, aimed at ensuring the recruitment of highquality employees with a cultural fit with Pinnah Foods.
    • Source, engage and captivate the interest of high-quality candidates and convert those candidates into hires.
    • Resolving employee conflicts through positive, fair and professional mediation.
    • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing, grievances, welfare related or other issues.
    • Create and drive a positive work environment and culture that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
    • Nurturing and fostering a culture of happiness and high performance; establish the employee lifecycle journey and succession plans.
    • Provide resolutions to employee and organizational issues in a proactive and sensitive manner.
    • Assess training needs and work closely with senior management to organise and execute training for employees at all levels of the business.
    • Implement and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
    • Provide human resources support and consultation across the entire business; performance management, staff relations, staff motivation and reward initiatives, and people development.
    • Work closely with the leadership team to understand and support current and future business needs - managing costs while staying competitive with salary, benefits, incentives, etc.
    • Conducts periodic market research to ensure compensation package for all employees is competitive and in line with industry best practice.
    • Develop employee recognition programs and initiatives to acknowledge employee achievements, milestones, and contributions.
    • Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing employee engagement.
    • Oversee the smooth running of the payroll process.
    • Provide support to managers and supervisors on performance management practices that promote and increase employee engagement
    • Provide decision support to management through HR data driven insights
    • Ensure legal compliance with applicable HR federal and state requirements.
    • Responsible for the smooth running of the entire HR department.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
