    Compliance Associate

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Associate to support the company's regulatory compliance activities. The role will be responsible for managing regulatory permits and licenses, monitoring compliance requirements, maintaining records, and liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure the organization meets all statutory obligations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Apply for new permits and licenses on relevant regulatory portals.
    • Monitor the permits and licenses dashboard to ensure compliance.
    • Process renewal of expired permits and licenses. Follow up with regulatory authorities on submitted applications.
    • Conduct counterparty review and onboarding processes.
    • Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of compliance activities.
    • Monitor regulatory websites and portals for updates. Prepare and submit daily activity reports.
    • Perform other compliance-related tasks as assigned.

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in Social Sciences or a related discipline.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 2-4 years' experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role, preferably within the oil & gas or regulated industry.

    KEY SKILLS

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
    • Ability to manage multiple regulatory processes simultaneously
    • Strong communication and follow-up skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    GM, Haulage and Logistics

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Haulage & Logistics to oversee and optimize the company's fleet operations. The role will be responsible for managing haulage activities, improving fleet utilization, ensuring safety compliance, and driving operational efficiency while supporting the transformation of the haulage unit into a profitable business segment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee the overall management of haulage operations and fleet performance.
    • Develop strategies to optimize fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
    • Assess fleet assets and recommend repair, replacement, or disposal using cost-benefit analysis.
    • Implement fleet technology solutions such as GPS and telematics.
    • Develop safety protocols and operational procedures for drivers and dispatch teams.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage fleet maintenance to minimize downtime and control costs.
    • Identify third-party transport opportunities to maximize revenue.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • MBA or Master's Degree will be an added advantage.

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

    • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), or other logistics/fleet management certifications will be an added advantage.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 10-15 years' experience in fleet management, logistics, or haulage operations within the oil and gas sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
