    Finance Manager

    Job Description

    • A leading rental company is seeking a highly competent and strategic Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive profitability.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee daily accounting operations, manage cash flow, and prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and forecasts.
    • Internal Controls & Compliance: Strengthen financial controls to minimize risk, manage tax planning, and ensure full compliance with FIRS and statutory regulations.
    • Budgeting & Cost Control: Coordinate the annual budgeting process, monitor spending, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
    • Strategic Support: Partner with senior executive leadership to provide financial insights, evaluate investments, and support commercial negotiations.
    • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage the internal finance team to build a high-performance department.

    Job  Requirements
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • ACA or ACCA qualification is mandatory.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role.
    • Experience in equipment rental, logistics, construction, or engineering is a strong advantage.

    Technical Skills:

    • Deep knowledge of FIRS, financial modeling, internal controls, and treasury management.
    • Systems Proficiency:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (advanced modeling, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and proficiency in ERP/accounting software.

    Core Competencies:

    • High integrity, exceptional analytical ability, strong leadership skills, and the capacity to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

    Social Media Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Produce 12–15 unique pieces of content per month (consistently distributed, not bulk-posted). This includes short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), static graphics, and professional updates.
    • Platform Management: Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    • Rapid Turnaround: Edit, finalize, and publish site-visit or event content within 48 hours of creation/receipt.
    • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to public comments within 24 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday).
    • Lead Handover: Seamlessly route all direct messages (DMs) and pricing inquiries to the Customer Service team.
    • Reporting: Submit a Monthly Performance Report tracking Reach/Impressions, Follower Growth, Engagement Rate, and top-performing posts.
