    Regional Business Partner

    Responsibilities

    • Aggressively canvass and obtain new businesses for the company in line with periodic targets.
    • Manage existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction to get new businesses from existing customers
    • Develop leads for new business and aggressively convert to active business opportunities.
    • Use all available means to follow up aggressively on contacts
    • Aggressive daily salesmanship of all identified prospects
    • Develop new channels of business
    • Ensure all business correspondence is turned around within 24hours of commission.
    • Prepare preliminary responses and follow up responses to all RFI and tenders. Keep all responses in lead of at least 72 hours ahead of expiration.
    • Ensure review of all major submissions and tenders with commercial Director

    Skills Requirement and Eligibility

    • B.Sc in Marketing, Engineering, or a related Science or Social Science field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service and field marketing.
    • Knowledge of the real estate, Facility management and cleaning industry may be a plus
    • Experienced/knowledge of the B2B market space
    • Proficient in MS Office - Power point, Excel mandatory
    • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
    • Good inter-personal skills, selling skills and appearance
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with Project Management overview
    • A team player.

    Market Research Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Consistent and aggressive research of market penetration angles for the sales team
    • Aggressively build an active presence on LinkedIn to attract new lead and prospects.
    • Develop leads for new business and aggressively convert to active business opportunities.
    • Aggressively canvass and obtain new businesses for the company in line with periodic targets.
    • Responsible for all marketing related conversation and correspondence while ensuring all inquiries and correspondences are satisfactorily closed within 24hours of commission.
    • Prepare preliminary responses and follow up responses to all RFI and tenders. Keep all responses in lead of at least 72 hours ahead of expiration.
    • Maintains and manages business relevant data on target markets, product, services, competition, and new opportunities.
    • Manage existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction to sustain business relationship.
    • Use all available means to follow up aggressively on contacts

    Skill Requirement & Eligibility

    • B.Sc in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related Science or Social Science field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service and field marketing.
    • Experienced/knowledge of the B2B market space
    • Must be good with Numbers and experienced in proposal writing, costing and market research.
    • Knowledge of the real estate, Facility management and cleaning industry may be a plus
    • Good command of online and offline profiling is needed.
    • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and power point.
    • Proficient in MS Office suit.
    • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Must be a great team player.
