Details:
The Automation Engineer will be under the supervision of the Project manager, working on the designs and execution of projects. Follow-up and close out future projects and manage new and existing dealers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare a design for Home Automation systems which is cost-effective and meets customer requirements.

• Designs include solutions for Light Control, Distributed / Zoned Audio, Distributed Vides, Intercom, Intrusion Detection, MATV, PBX telephones system, CCTV, Access Control, Network Infrastructure (UTP / Fibre).
• Prepare pricing sheet and financial proposal including Bill of Quantities of all   proposed products and their respective costs.
• Installation and Configuration of home automation equipment.
• Liaising and following up with other stakeholders to ensure the execution of projects
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
• Using computer-aided design and engineering software to create project plans such as   Visio
• Undertaking relevant research
• Creating and updating technical procedures and manuals
• Applying creative solutions to a wide array of challenges
• Writing Reports and Documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification
BSc/BA in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
Experience

• Minimum of 4 to 3years of experience in a supervory as an Automation Engineer.
• Knowledge of the Control 4 Home Automation system will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of computer and equipment networking.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to motivate others toward a common goal

• Knowledge of automation systems such as Control4, Crestron, etc. would be an added advantage

Job Summary
We need 3D visualizers/ architects to bring our design ideas to life, making plans, architectural illustrations and other reference materials and using these to produce photo-realistic 3D images or animations of the proposed interior, buildings and developments. As a 3D visualizer, you’ll need to be both creative and technically minded to model prospective Projects /buildings that will function well and look good. You should be well versed in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and VRay, and programmes such as Adobe Photoshop, Premier and other graphic or rendering software.

Job Responsibilities

• Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects
• Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
• Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible 
• Assisting with planning decisions
• Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer-generated imagery) 
• Working with industry-standard design tools and programmes
• Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances
• Producing high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations
• Modelling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications
• Rendering in 3D StudioMax and post-production in Photoshop
• Supporting architectural teams to produce visualizations for presentation
• Making simple but effective presentations in-house as required

Qualifications/Skills

• Minimum B.Sc or HND in 3D design, graphic and architectural visualization or a related subject
• Proficiency in 3D StudioMax, Photoshop and VRay/Corona
• Knowledge of Revit / Enscape / 3D Microstation 
• The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts
• The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media
• Strong technical knowledge of the production of images and Illustrations
• A keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative
• Able to work with software such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and VRay
