Drink Preparation:

• Create and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Innovate and design new cocktails/mocktails and drink recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service and builda rapport with guests.
• Educate customers about different types of beverages and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.

Bar Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Ensure all bar equipment and tools are in good working condition.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Verify the identification of customers to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
• Follow all licensing laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other bar staff, waiters, and management.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Job Brief

• You will be reqiured to provide professional Therapy in the SPA.

Role Description / Required skills

• The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing professional spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Maternity Massage, Stone Therapy, Hamam & Swedish Massage and facials.
• The Spa Therapist will monitor clients' comfort levels, adjust treatments if needed, and maintain client records.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified or licensed Spa Therapist
• Experience in various spa treatments
• Knowledge of industry trends and spa products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Prior experience in Luxury Spas is an added advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus.
