    B2B Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets 
    • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across Lagos, Sagamu, and Ikorodu 
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships 
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities 
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals 
    • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals 
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery 
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management 
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (where applicable) 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 
    • Minimum of 4–6 years experience in B2B sales or business development 
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills 
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts 
    • Good understanding of the local market within Lagos and surrounding areas 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
