Job Description

• We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Professional Mixilogist with the required wealth of experince. You will be reqiured to provide professional services in this area.

Drink Preparation:

• Create and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Innovate and design new cocktails/mocktails and drink recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service and builda rapport with guests.
• Educate customers about different types of beverages and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.

Bar Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Ensure all bar equipment and tools are in good working condition.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Verify the identification of customers to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
• Follow all licensing laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other bar staff, waiters, and management.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.
