    Warehouse Controller

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Responsible for day-to-day warehouse parts operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching. Ensures accurate stock levels across all branches through regular cycle counts and audits. Monitors shipments for accuracy and damage, follows up on branch transfers, and prepares pending reports.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities (receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatch).
    • Ensure accurate stock levels via regular cycle counts and audits across branches.
    • Monitor inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and condition; report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
    • Follow up on inter-branch transfers and prepare pending transaction reports.
    • Oversee order preparation and ensure timely system posting.
    • Supervise warehouse staff and pickers for efficient operations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • HND/B.Sc Degree in any related discipline.
    • Professional certification in inventory or warehouse is an added advantage.
    • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
    • Good organisation and time managemt skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Good communication skills.

    Demand Planner Officer

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Develops and maintains demand forecasts for automotive spare parts using sales data and market trends. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing to align forecasts with business activities, monitors accuracy, and provides inventory recommendations to balance service levels and working capital.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop, maintain, and improve statistical demand forecasts using historical sales data and market intelligence.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate promotional plans, product launches, and market trends into forecasts.
    • Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
    • Provide inventory recommendations to balance service levels and working capital.
    • Generate forecast reports and present findings to stakeholders.
    • Manage demand planning systems and ensure data integrity.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Sc./HND, preferably with an Engineering Background
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a reputable company dealing with Automotive Parts, Sales & Service.
    • Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management within the automotive sector. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and demand planning tools.

    Inventory Controller Officer

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Responsible for monitoring daily stock levels of automotive spare parts, ensuring accurate recording of all stock movements, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitor daily stock levels of automotive spare parts.
    • Ensure accurate recording of all stock movements (receiving, issuing, transfers, returns).
    • Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
    • Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full physical inventory).
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
    • Verify incoming spare parts against purchase orders and delivery notes.
    • Record received items into the inventory management system.
    • Maintain accurate data in ERP or inventory management software.
    • Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
    • Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete items.
    • Maintain proper filing of all inventory-related documents.
    • Coordinate with procurement team for reordering stock.
    • Support workshop and service department with parts availability.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Sc./HND Degree, Prefrably in Engineering Background.
    • Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 Years' experience in a reputable company dealing with Automotive parts, sales & services.
    • Automotive Parts and Mechanical experience.
    • Familiar with autombile product, sales, services and work on EPC.
    • Ability to prepare sales report.
    • Good knowledge of computer operations.
