Fleet / Truck Maintenance Supervisor

- Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
A reputable Logistics & Freight Service Company based in Lagos Mainland is seeking an experienced and technically competent Fleet /Truck Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of its heavy-duty truck fleet.

Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising mechanics and technicians.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, truck electrical systems, transmission, braking, suspension and diagnostics.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to manage fleet maintenance schedules and reduce vehicle downtime.
- Good knowledge of spare-parts management and maintenance cost control.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety and roadworthiness requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a haulage/logistics company is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
