    Senior Accountant

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Senior Accountant is responsible for supervising the general day-to-day operations of the accounting department and ensure accurate recording as per generally accepted accounting bodies and company policy, as well as implementing efficient internal controls

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Participate in various monthly financial reports.
    • Oversee accounting daily operations.
    • Preparing receivables reports for sales and aftersales departments.
    • Monitor the closing of pending job cards and waybills.
    • Verifying supporting documents for bank payments.
    • Monitoring and auditing daily cash expenditures.
    • Authorizing receipt vouchers, debit and credit notes, bank payments and general accounting entries.
    • Assisting, preparing, and monitoring monthly budget.
    • Participate in audit and reconciliations when necessary.
    • Monitor and evaluate subordinates' performance, Training of new employees, Effective Team Leading.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICAN certification is a plus).
    • 6+ years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

    Accountant

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As an Accountant in Mikano Motors, you will be involved in monitoring daily transactions of the division, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information to support our operations.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Process daily financial transactions, including cash receipts, payments, and vendor invoices.
    • Verify and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy
    • Manage accounts payable by tracking and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments.
    • Handle accounts receivable by generating customer invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
    • Reconcile bank statements to accounting records to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including sales, expenses, and general ledger entries
    • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
    • Prepare and generate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, as required.
    • Assist in financial analysis and budgeting processes.
    • Maintain organized financial records for audit purposes

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICAN certification is a plus).
    • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
