    Fleet Coordinator

    JOB OUTLINE:

    • To be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of equipment, materials, and personnel. This role involves scheduling, maintenance, compliance, and cost control.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Management of Fleet, Pool, and Stop-Gap vehicles.
    • Coordinate vehicle/equipment allocation and scheduling.
    • Monitor fleet utilization, optimize routes, and reduce costs.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (licensing, insurance, permits).
    • Schedule routine maintenance and repairs.
    • Coordinate and work with all the vendors for better performance of all the company vehicles.
    • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
    • Provide service website monitoring and Evaluation.
    • Ensure drivers' training and compliance with regulations.
    • Coordinate driver schedules, training, and certifications.
    • Monitor driver performance, hours of service, and compliance.
    • Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and other expenses.
    • Analyze and optimize fleet-related costs.
    • Maintain accurate records (fleet database, maintenance logs)
    • Generate reports (utilization, maintenance, costs)
    • Ensure smooth collaboration with other departments (operations, procurement)

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    • Education: HND/Degree in relevant field, such as Social Sciences or Engineering.
    • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fleet management role.

    Machine Sales Executive – Kano

    JOB OUTLINE:

    • Responsible for achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets for the
    • Company's range of Machines/Lift Truck products within Nigeria Territory

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Obtain orders that meet or exceed agreed targets and negotiate equipment sales into high valued projects.
    • Ensure that full payments are received for all units sold while all necessary sales documents are adequately prepared.
    • Arrange visits to existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory.
    • Aggressively promote the company's products within the catchment area and win more prospects there from.
    • Provide product related technical assistance and advice to customers and prospects.
    • Obtain and communicate information relating to the market and competition as appropriate.
    • Maintain good corporate reputation and effective communication between our clients/customers and MNL Management.
    • Perform any other related duties as may be required by the Machine Sales Manager North & West

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng./HND in Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3 years' Sales experience. Experience in an Engineering / Construction and Material Handling Equipment company will be an added advantage.

    Sales Support Executive

    JOB OUTLINE:

    • Responsible to the Head of department and Sales Managers for the administration of the Headquarters and support to the field sales activities of the Company.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supports the PSSRS to process RFQs in a timely manner and ensure customers' orders conform with company's policies.
    • Supports in the preparation of Parts quotations for Salesmen nationally in line with our standard specification and recommendation by the HOD and Sales Managers.
    • Ensure that Customer orders are in conformity with quotation given before backorder or invoicing.
    • Processing of customers order to ensure LPO conforms with quotation Handles all invoicing of Parts on behalf of the PSSRs
    • Works with finance department to reconcile customers' accounts and to confirm
    • all payments made by customers is posted in a timely manner
    • Logistic control of all equipment from order to delivery to reduce multiple handling and cost escalation.
    • Keep track of all orders and ensuring its effective processing through proper documentation and equipment positions.
    • Prepare Activity and Month-end Reports for Parts Sales as required by the GM and Sales Managers.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    • Degree in Procurement, Engineering or related discipline.
    • Two or more years' experience in construction, electric power or oil and gas industry.
    • Minimum one-year front line customer service in a reputable organization.
    • Use of Microsoft Office suites - MS Word, Excel, PPT.
