    Joy Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Loader who will be responsible for loading and unloading of meals, equipment, and other related items.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Return soiled carts, dishes, items to dishwashing section.
    • Understand and interpret menu specifications.
    • Load and unload goods and airline equipment according to airline specificationsLoad and pack meals according to airline specifications.
    • Interpret galley loading plan.
    • Tidy up work areas.
    • Fluent English all required records of loading and offloading.
    • Monitor excesses or shortages and report to the unit for necessary action.
    • Assist flight supervisor in handing over of meals to the crew.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of primary education; should be able to read and write.
    • Less than 3 years relevant work experience preferably in a similar role.
    • Experience in inflight airline catering is desirable.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively and have good customer service orientation.
    • Have a good understanding of intercultural differences and be able to manage such sensitivities with maturity.
    • Must be able to speak English.

    Flight Dispatch Officer

    Description
    Distribution:

    • Receive, document and communicate/distribute in a timely manner all customer airline meal/services orders and updates with production, operation and equipment teams.
    • Receive information on, and monitor customer airlines flight schedules from Airline staff and update the operations, production and equipment.
    • Coordinate with flight operations team to ensure completeness of meal/service orders and on-time departure of the catering team for flight catering operations from base.
    • Coordinate with flight operations team to handle last-minute up counts are attended in accordance with agreed contract and operations terms
    • Attending to Airlnes ad-hoc or chatter or freighter flight requests and communicating same to production, operations and equipment team and ensuring timely execution of same as per agreed operational times.
    • Coordinate with operations, sales and accounting team
    • Keep up-to-date records and monitoring of airlines’ catering/meal ordering schedule
    • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all dishes, equipment, and other related items according to specification
    • Ensure goods and airline equipment are collected from the store
    • Ensure all catering service items are prepared
    • Work with flight supervisor in ensure accurate meal figure delivery as requested by the airline
    • Keep all meal records for dispatch and catering delivery
    • Must have experience in in-flight airline catering
    • Must have good knowledge of customer service and interpersonal relationships with clients.
    • Tidy up the working areas. Keep all required records of dispatch and delivery
    • Perform all ad hoc duties assigned by management.

    • Greet and provide high level of customer service to airline, airport staff; regulatory staff and fellow employees
    • Effectively manage all complaints and ensure that processes are put in place to prevent future recurrences

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience
    Competencies:

    • Minimum of a Diploma in Food Science, Statistics or Mathematics or its equivalent in a relevant course
    • 3 years relevant work experience preferably in a similar role
    • Numerical ability is desirable
    • Relevant and valid driver’s licence
    • Experience in inflight airline catering is desirable
    • Good understanding of customer service is essential
    • Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship
    • Good leadership skills
    • Should have in-depth knowledge and mastery of intercultural sensitivity
    • Must be fluent in English
    • Good decision-making ability in high-pressure situations

    Truck Driver

    Job Description

    • The job incumbent provides transportation services, and where and when required, loading and unloading of dishes, equipment and other related items to ensure that items arrive at the right time in the right condition at the airline in accordance with Company standards and airline’s specifications.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure goods and airline equipment from store collected.
    • Return soil arts to dishwashing section.
    • Load and unload goods and airline equipment to and from the company and aircraft according to the company requirement.
    • Main the vehicles and their facilities, ensure they are in good working condition.
    • Ensure the internal and external hygiene of the truck.
    • Drive trucks to clients for service and checks as instructed.
    • Report the damage or malfunction of the trucks to department head.
    • Keep all required records of dispatch and delivery.
    • Monitor excesses or shortages and report to the department head.
    • Build/strip commissary according to airline specs and schedules withing established times.
    • Actively participate in the Safety Management System.
    • Understand and comply with all food safety requirements.

    • Responsible for courteous, prompt, accurate, and careful handling of food and goods, including loading and offloading.
    • Ensure that processes are delivered within airline standards and compliance limits while adhering to safety requirements.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned/required.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a secondary education.
    • Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role.
    • Must be fluent in English language.
    • Possess a valid driver's license.
    • Obtain a clear criminal record.
    • Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
