    Feed Mill Supervisor

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, thorough, and organized feed mill operator to oversee the operation of our two-tons Hammer Mills. In this position, you will play a key role in the production of quality feeds and maintenance of the machinery for cost-efficient production.  


    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • HND or BSC Technical or Mechanical in a related
    • At least 2 years previous experience as feed mill operator in the poultry/ livestock industry

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  

    • Monitoring product quality and maintaining production schedules to ensure that products are produced in accordance with company standards and quantity
    • Operating machinery to grind grain into flour or blend feed ingredients according to recipe specifications
    • Mixing ingredients to create feed blends using mixers, grinders and feed mill
    • Monitoring machinery to ensure that it is functioning properly
    • Maintaining inventory of feed ingredients and finished products to ensure that levels do not drop below-required amounts
