    Inventory Control Analyst

    The Key Purpose of this role is to manage all Finished Goods (FG) inventory within the logistics supply chain ensuring product quality standards are met and are in compliance with all inventory governance processes and controls. All physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP, inventory differences investigated, resolved & reported effectively.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    FG Quality Management

    • FG Inventory quality fundamentals standards are adhered to as per DPO & VPO requirements
    • FG Inventory accurately blocked in SAP with physical blocking mechanism in place as per VPO/DPO standards for quality related & obsolescence stock
    • Ensure compliance to the freshness & rotation policy as per VPO & DPO standards
    • Inventory count are recorded accurately with quantities & BBD x SKU& bin cards clearly displayed as per DPO & VPO standards
    • Inventory concession policy applied & approved as per VPO product age standards
    • FG Inventory accurately blocked in SAP with physical blocking mechanism in place as per VPO/DPO standards for quality related & obsolescence stock
    • All FG salvages are repacked as per VPO & DPO standards
    • All obsolescence stock are decanted as per standard policy & procedure

    Inventory Management

    • Independent inventory counts conducted on all FG Inventory reconciled to SAP inventory
    • Inventory count differences identified, investigated, resolved & reported. Un-resolved inventory count differences escalated to BLM / DCLM & RLM with commentary & action plans
    • Breakages, Obsolescence & salvages stock are signed-off & processed in SAP accurately
    • All physical movements of FG Inventory are transacted in SAP accurately. T1 & T2 movements, Packaging receipts validated by line counters, write-offs are verified against signed-off documentation & gate  sheets
    • All daily controls, open shipments for T1 & T2 are reviewed & resolved. All claims are processed timeously with signed-off backup documentation & SAB re-imbursed
    • POC & T2 driver route settlement corrections reviewed, approved & signed-off
    • SCO BUD vs ACT costs are monitored with gaps & action plans reports

    Governance and Risk

    • All Documentation signed-off by relevant persons, filed & securely stored as per Inventory Control Policy - Inventory stock & T2 shipment packs, gate register, etc
    • Security cameras in key points on site & random verification conducted
    • 3 Point independent checks are conducted on all T1 & T2 shipments for departure & arrival - Random checks conducted to ensure compliance
    • All physical movements of FG Inventory are transacted in SAP accurately. T1 & T2 movements, Packaging receipts validated by line counters, write-offs are verified against signed-off documentation & gate sheets

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics or Sciences
    • 2-3 years experience in a Stock Control environment
    • MS Office proficiency

    Brewing Process Operator

    The Key Purpose of this role is to safely operate and maintain defined Brewing equipment and process areas which have a bigger business impact with cost and consumer quality. And other related process to achieve optimal effectiveness.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Complete associated tracking and monitoring: Complete operator workstation administration and act as required. 
    • Complete Team room administration as required
    • Contribute to self-development
    • Manage PIMS & POMS and take corrective action on negative trends
    • Use QFR's (As per triggers)
    • Complete 5 WHY's (As per triggers) with relevant team members
    • Contribute towards AB reports as required
    • Ensure process quality and productivity
    • Carrying out autonomous operations as defined for the process areas.
    • Identify defective plant, and report these through to the Process Artisan or Team Leader to assist with resolution.
    • Assisting the Process Artisan/Machine specialist in executing running repairs on shift.
    • Carrying out the required quality checks and analyses and recording the results on the appropriate information system.
    • The list of quality checks to be executed is contained in the work instructions.
    • React to the results using the VPO tools supplied
    • Actively participate in shift meetings, asking questions to test understanding and contributing suggestions. Making use of the action logs to record issues, problems and improvement opportunities.
    • Fully understand the team Dream and contribute in achieving it.
    • Make use of relevant communication media (e.g. shift logbook) to stay informed and inform others of issues.
    • Complete required hand over to incoming shift team members, ensuring the issues relating to plant performance, quality and maintenance are communicated
    •  Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
    • Interpret and implement production plan for shift
    • Operate manual and automatic machines on the line as per standards
    • Monitor production processes on shift and correct any negative trends
    • Ensure process quality and productivity

    Brand Manager: High End

    The Key Purpose is to provide Leadership to ensure flawless execution of brand strategies and plans to deliver brand KPIs including brand equity and share, Digital & events KPIs. Earned Media, Influencers ROI, Digital excellence dashboard and Events ROI.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Directly lead all Brand led events.
    • Co-create brand plans for all year-round campaigns.
    • Directly lead Development of creatives all through the year for Digital across all the campaigns and always on content.
    • Analyze data for insights & articulates opportunities for the brand.
    • Lead and manage influencers/celebrities all through the year to deliver Earned media
    • Always ON radio assets-ensure our radio assets are maximized. Develop content for radio sponsorship.
    • Establish and maintain social systems between regions and across relevant functions to ensure collaboration and ongoing feedback loops
    • Lead BTL In-bar activations for brand campaigns e.g. in-bar activations, or tactical in-bar activations.  Working with trade marketing team. Develop creatives for in-bar as needed by the Trade Marketing team.
    • ZBB Budget management –to ensure ZBB delivery in line with budget.
