    Specialist, Enterprise Application Security

    Job Description

    • Safeguard the organization by predicting, detecting, preventing, and mitigating information security threats to Applications and Network elements.
    • Support cybersecurity initiatives in conjunction with Group Cybersecurity team.
    • Design and implement security controls to safeguard and monitor events for information systems, enterprise applications and data.

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in application security, including devices such as firewalls, VPN, intrusion/extrusion detection, vulnerability & risk assessment tools, encryption technologies, virus/worm/malware prevention, E-business and web application technologies, Data Loss Prevention, whole disk & device encryption solutions, two-factor authentication, common Windows (desktop & server) platforms,
    • Knowledge of source code security including SAST & DAST practices and scanning solutions such as Veracode, SonarQube.
    • Working knowledge of web application vulnerability scanners such as Acunetix, Webscarab, Netsparker, BurpSuite, IronWASP.
    • Knowledge of network scanning tools such as Nessus, Nexpose.
    • Knowledge of security best practices such as defense in-depth, least privileges, need-to-know, separation of duties, access controls, encryption, SSO.
    • Experience with various languages and frameworks including, JAVA, Python, C, C#, and network monitoring tools.
    • Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines and API security.

    Senior Manager, IT Projects

    Purpose

    The role will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) within the EA & PMO area whose mission is to move IT closer to the business, build a trustworthy relationship between IT and the different business units, and transform IT into a tool for developing and executing the business.     Specialist, IT Finance Management

    Job Purpose

    Responsible for IT Buy to Pay Process (PR, PO & Invoice); source input data for budget preparation, track IT spend, and first-level analysis of IT finance across IT Group.

    Responsibilities

    • Initiate IT purchase requisition (PR) for generation of purchase order (PO) Group-wide
    • Monitor budget while raising purchase requisitions to ensure proposed spends by IT Teams are within the planned budget with appropriate approvals
    • Verification, submission (where applicable) and receipting of vendor invoices for timely processing then payment
    • Source and collate needed input data for preparation and compilation of yearly budget
    • Maintain budget repository (entity and group) for appropriate versioning and control
    • Maintain IT Spend Tracker to and provide dashboard report for performance analysis
    • Work closely with the internal stakeholder teams to prepare plus consolidate all budget requests, business cases and justification for IT initiatives
    • Provide input data and first level analysis for Entity and Group financial performance in ensuring weekly as well as monthly dashboard reporting
    • Provide accurate reports such as trends and summaries across all financial matters including variance analysis, accruals and other ad-hoc analysis as may be required
    • Provide appropriate support to the IT Vendor Management Team on invoice related matters for timely information and resolution where required
    • Provide appropriate inputs into IT vendor catalogue and repository
    • Collaborate with IT units and capabilities to track all contracts and licenses due for timely renewal to ensure no outage or disruption due to expiration
    • Provide inputs for development of Team’s policies, processes, and procedures
    • Perform other IT Finance functions as assigned by Line Manager

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of engagement role in IT or related environment around finance management, budget management and vendor management  
    • Demonstrated ability to source, collate, process, analyze and report, on vendor and budget related data
    • Demonstrated ability to relate with suppliers especially in resolving conflicts
    • Ability to utilize ERP application as well as other tools for tracking plus analysis
    • Good verbal and written communication skills

    Tender Management and Category Strategy: This role involves developing and executing tenders while adhering to SOP and procurement policies. It also includes formulating and implementing category strategies to enhance procurement efficiency on an annual basis.
