    General Manager – Operations & Commercial

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
    • Professional certification/membership with CMI, NIM, or equivalent.
    • 15–20 years’ relevant experience, including 6–10 years in senior management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a reputable multinational.
    • Proven expertise in manufacturing, sales, distribution, marketing, business development, and personnel management.
    • Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, and decision-making.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and multiple functions effectively.
    • Preferred age range: 45–65 years, reflecting the level of maturity and experience required for high-level strategic and operational decision-making.
