    Inventory / Store Officer

    Description

    • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of materials and finished products to support the needs of production and distribution.

    Responsibilities
    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and stock locations using inventory management software or manual tracking systems.
    • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, fabrics, trims, and finished products, and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment and availability of materials.
    • Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate root causes of inventory variances to maintain inventory accuracy.

    Stock Control and Replenishment:

    • Implement stock control procedures, including stock rotation, shelf-life management, and first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles, to minimize stock obsolescence and waste.
    • Forecast inventory requirements based on production schedules, sales forecasts, and historical consumption patterns, and place orders with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
    • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to expedite urgent orders, prioritize critical items, and optimize lead times for material deliveries.

    Warehouse Operations:

    • Organize and optimize warehouse layout and storage arrangements to maximize space utilization, facilitate efficient material flow, and minimize handling costs.
    • Supervise receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and storage requirements.
    • Coordinate with production managers and quality control supervisor to ensure seamless flow of materials and products between warehouse and production areas.

    Inventory Reporting:

    • Prepare regular stock status updates and reports.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or materials management, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, inventory management systems, and warehouse management software, with proficiency in using inventory management tools and software applications.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to achieve inventory management objectives.
    • Detail-oriented mindset and accuracy in record-keeping, inventory tracking, and inventory reconciliation processes to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
    • Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate inventory challenges, implement proactive solutions, and respond quickly to changing inventory requirements.

    Online Sales / Customer Service Executive

    Job Description

    • The Customer Service Executive in House of Triniks’ first point of contact for direct B2C customers who have enquiries or feedback about our products or services.
    • The incumbent shall perform responsibilities such as answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, addressing, upselling and cross –selling. The CSE’s job is not done until the customers receive their orders.

    Job Responsibilities
    Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and proactively following up on sales leads and opportunities.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
    • Taking customers’ orders and transferring product details to the Data Entry officer for sales invoice generation and subsequent follow-up.
    • Answering inbound phone calls and messages and making outbound calls to existing and prospects.
    • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and handling of returns or exchanges per company policies
    • Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, assist them in finding products, and provide product demonstrations or explanations.
    • Leverage customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the customer experience.
    • Handle customer's complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; and follow up to ensure the resolution
    • Keeping records of customer interaction, comments, and complaints.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Must possess at least 2 years cumulative experience in Sales.
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
    • Excellent Selling, Communication and Customer Service skills.
    • Experience in recordkeeping and managing sales documents.
    • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required
    • Applicant must be ready to resume immediately.
    • Must be conversant with video and image editing apps.

    Field Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • The Field Sales Representative is required to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
    • The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.

    Responsibilities

    • Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
    • Manage products by collecting purchase orders, checking products positioning on shelves, checking stock-level and following up on payments with customers.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: OND / HND / B.Sc
    • Must possess 2-3 years FIELD SALES experience
    • Willingness to travel within assigned locations as a field sales rep
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite
    • Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to negotiate and close sales
    • Ability to meet target
    • Reporting skills
    • Experience in a fashion house is a plus

    Facility Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Facility/AdminManager is responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning, while reducing operating cost.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Managing all the fixed assets of the company, including, installation, maintenance, repairs, tagging, security and record keeping.
    • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
    • Inspecting and fixing sewing machine, electrical and plumbing matters.
    • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
    • Managing janitorial duties and waste disposal systems.
    • Overseeing demands from local government agencies, including levies and rates.
    • Overseeing refurbishments and renovations and undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
    • Preparing plans for the purchase of fuel.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc with a minimum two years experience in the role or similar role
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify production bottlenecks, analyze production data and implement process improvements.
    • Proficiency in the use of MS office suites
    • Proximity to IKOSI-KETU is a plus.
