    EPC Project Control Manager

    Job Description

    • Complete variance analysis, time impact analysis and evaluation of construction schedule architecture.
    • Configure scheduling data and construction management rules for new/existing construction contracts.
    • Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team. Identify any immediate time sensitive installation needs.
    • Prepare cash flow and resource plan curves and charts by month for the entire duration of the assigned projects.
    • Offer in-depth line of questioning to uncover barriers, resistance, and overall schedule usage.
    • Set up WBS structure utilizing the company’s accounting system

    Requirements

    • At least 10 Years’ experience preparing project performance reports by considering earned value, planned budget, actuals, and accruals.
    • At least 10 Years’ experience Construction scheduling experience.
    • At least 10 Years’ experience preparing program and project schedules.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft projects/primavera.
    • Must have very good written and oral communications. Required to speak effectively before groups of Senior Management, clients, subcontractors, and/or employees of the organization.

    EPC Project Manager

    Job Description

    • Oversees all aspects of assigned projects using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes. Manage and be responsible for more than one project at a time.
    • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing Needs and requirements.
    • Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined.
    • Minimizes our exposure, risk on project and enforce company’s methodology & project standards.
    • Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis.
    • Overall responsibility for the set-up, implementation, and monitoring of the required contractual QHSE activities and programs for entire site

    Requirements

    • Degree in Engineering required.
    • Must have at least 10 years’ work experience in a similar function.
    • Work experience preferably in EPC projects in the oil and gas industry.
    • Familiar with QHSE standards in EPC.
    • Skill in the use of Microsoft projects/primavera

    PA to the MD

    Job Description

    • To provide secretarial and administrative support and assistance to the MD on a variety of strategic non-core business matters.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of the business, the priorities of the company and the priorities of the MD, as well as company policies, procedures, and methods of operation to conduct its duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
    • Follow up and monitor progress on discussions, decisions and/or special assignments to ensure timely response from the MD to the respective person(s) and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of first degree in Business Administration/Secretarial Studies or related Social Sciences discipline is required. Master’s degree in related discipline is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 12 years post qualification experience in office support, secretarial or administrative function in a reputable company or similar organization.
    • Relevant Professional membership e.g. Certified Board of Administrators of Nigeria (CBAN), International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IABFM) is an added advantage.
    • Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
