    HR Specialist

    We are looking to hire an HR specialist with experience in organizational design. The ideal candidate contributes to changes in organizational structures, job roles, and changes to business processes, systems, and technology. He/She should be proficient in recruitment processes.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Refining, developing and implementing the organizational development framework and body of knowledge
    • In consultation with Managing Director, the HR specialist is responsible for the development of generic office structures including generic roles, responsibilities, office funding modalities, risk management profiles, office roles
    • Develops and implements sustainable business strategies, thinks long-term and externally in order to positively shape the organization.
    • Taking talent management requirements and feeding them into office structures
    • Management of corporate job descriptions and standards
    • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
    • Creating on boarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
    • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
    • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
    • Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
    • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
    • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
    • Collaborates and supports the development of others.
    • Upholds organizational and ethical norms.
    • Applies innovation and creativity to problem-solving.

    Skills and Qualification

    • Bachelor degree in relevant field (minimum of 2.1)
    • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
    • Knowledge of organizational design and recruitment processes.
    • Attention to detail and analytically driven
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
    • Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
    • Leadership and coaching skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suites (MS word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)

    Executive Assistant

    We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level manager.

    The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include but not limited to managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, good documentation skills and be able to act without guidance.


    • Act as the point of contact among the executive, employees, clients and other external partners
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Manage executive’s calendars and set up meetings
    • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
    • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
    • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
    • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
    • Take minutes during meetings
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    • Organize and maintain the office filing system


    • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge
    • Outstanding documentation, organizational and time management skills
    • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
