    Administration Officer

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team in the fast-paced FMCG industry. 
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the company’s production and distribution of Products. 
    • The Administrative Officer will play a key role in coordinating activities across departments, handling office tasks, and supporting operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, organizing records, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace.
    • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory, shipments, and waste management. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports for management.
    • Assist in on boarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR functions. Ensure that employee queries related to administrative issues are handled efficiently.
    • Act as the liaison between departments, communicating information regarding schedules, meetings, and tasks to ensure all operations are running smoothly.
    • Ensure that all administrative activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, including health and safety standards within the office and production areas.
    • Support the Operations Manager in implementing and streamlining operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, and offering solutions to improve efficiency.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints related to administrative and product delivery matters, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
    • Creation and updating of office policies and procedures to enhance productivity
    • Supervise office security guards and cleaners

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
    • Candidates must be residents of Ibeju-Lekki or its immediate surroundings.

    Logistics Officer

    Job Description

    • Goonite Hygiene Product is a reputable manufacturer of high-quality diapers and sanitary pads, committed to delivering comfort, hygiene, and reliability to consumers. 
    • We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Officer to assist in managingand optimizingthe movement of finished products across various state in the country.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for onboarding of credible transporters with high emphasis on cost reduction/control.
    • Responsible for developing logistics processes, SOPs and structures.
    • Understand the types and qualities of trucks required for shipment.
    • Will be responsible for following up with transporters regarding truck bookings and transit issues.
    • Must ensure that respective expected time of arrivals are met.
    • Must ensure trucks arrivals are timely trucks offload without shortages
    • Must have good understanding of the parameters that affects rate fluctuation. Must be abreast of the rate for various locations.
    • Collaborating with Sales Managers in optimizing shipping routes for efficient result.
    • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that reduced workplace accidents
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any concerns or questions related to shipments

    Requirements

    • HND or BS.c Degree in any related field
    • Must have 1 - 2 Years working experience in same role.
    • Must have worked in the FMCG Industry Preferably Diaper & Sanitary Pad companies
    • Excellent reporting skills
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Must reside in Ibeju Lekki Area.

    Human Resource Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Prepares monthly staff salary advice for factory employees incorporating all necessary entries, deductions (loan deductions, salary advance, ARs etc) and special payments where applicable.
    • Implements effective and fast recruitment processes within short possible time frame
    • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities, and equipment to ensure smooth business operations in Goonite.
    • Ensures smooth and complete execution of the Onboarding Plan for all employees
    • Ensures new employees have a clear Job Description and probationary KPI’s upon completion of the onboarding plan.
    • Conduct Reference Checks and Guarantor Checks at the required stages
    • Maintenance of pre-defined vendors; negotiating and updating annual contracts; providing supporting documents and approvals; cost optimization according to the budget.
    • Ensures proper negotiation of contracts with Vendors and complete execution of jobs to achieve cost effective results.
    • Manage refuse disposal services and ensure timely services for a safe environment.
    • Ensure all required documentations for the staff files are obtained on staff’s resumption. Flag incomplete documentation immediately.
    • Maintain and update information in staff files to ensure all files must be updated at every point in time (Job Description, memos, salary increment, promotions, exit/severance documents, resignation/termination letters etc
    • Execute the disciplinary process in conjunction with the HR Manager. Issues Queries, Warnings, Suspension Memos or termination letters promptly, as agreed, and ensures proper documentation.
    • Continually educate employees on approved processes and ensure compliance with the processes.
    • Responsible to monitor staff attendance and punctuality; monitor reports on staff absenteeism and lateness and highlight issues as necessary.
    • Ensure enrollment of new employee on the Time and Attendance Machine.
    • Ensure all Employee Leave types and applications (Annual, Sick, Maternity/Paternity, Compassionate etc.) follow laid down procedure, with proper documentations and approvals.
