    Shift Technician - Electrical

    To support the generation and supply of good quality electric power for production and other users while liaising with Assistant Manager, Electrical and all relevant stakeholders in HFMP Tin Can.

    THE JOB

    • Operation, monitoring and maintenance of power generating sets and ancillaries.
    • Operation and maintenance of MV switch gears.
    • Execute the planned routine or preventive maintenance in line with defined checklist.
    • Troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment.
    • Daily logging of generator operating parameters and writing of daily report of activities.
    • To carry out periodical checks on the conditions of electrical panels, batteries and associated equipment and accessories.
    • Monitor and ensure adequate stock of generator spares in Engineering Store to avoid stockout.
    • Collaborate with AMC vendor deputizing personnel to carry out maintenance activities.
    • Ensure good housekeeping in the generator and panel rooms.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have a good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of power generating sets, MV switchgears, and electrical systems.
    • Hands-on skills in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of Trade Test II or NABTEB (NTC) in Electrical Engineering.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of three years of experience.

    Air Compressor Operator

    To support the operations, monitoring and maintenance of all Air compressors and Dryers for efficient delivery of good quality compressed air for production while liaising with Assistant Utility Manager and all relevant stakeholders in HFMP Tin Can.

    THE JOB

    • Operation and monitoring of Air Compressors and Dryers.
    • Carry out daily pre-shift checks on Air Compressors, Dryers, Air Vessels, Line filters and Auto Drains.
    • Execute the planned routine or preventive maintenance of Air Compressors and Dryers in line with defined checklist.
    • Daily logging of Air Compressor and Dryer operating parameters and writing of daily report of activities.
    • Monitor and ensure adequate stock of consumables for Air Compressors and Dryers in Engineering Store to avoid stockout.
    • Collaborate with AMC vendor deputizing personnel to carry out maintenance activities.
    • Ensure good housekeeping on all Air Compressors, Dryers and the equipment environment.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have a good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possess strong knowledge of air compressors, dryers, air vessels, line filters, and auto drains.
    • Demonstrate strong safety awareness and adherence to workplace safety standards.
    • Be proficient in maintaining accurate daily operational logs and reports.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of Trade Test II or OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of three years of experience.

    Production Control Accountant Golden Pasta

    To Support the production process by ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all production activities and transactions with a view to enable alignment with the overall corporate objective.

    THE JOB

    • Prepare budget in line with agreed assumptions, yearly.
    • Weekly ending of batch orders and check volume and cost accuracy.
    • Monitoring/checking of transfer of raw/packaging/FG within ERP.
    • Complete stock counts as at when due.
    • Posting of vendor (Packaging and raw material) invoices, prepare and track vendor payments and weekly follow up ·
    • Processing of invoices for outsourced services (Pasta) after receipt from HR.
    • Close-out of inventory reconciliation as at when due.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting (especially in a manufacturing/FMCG environment).
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing vendor invoices, batch orders, and inventory postings.
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve discrepancies in reconciliation and stock counts.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.sc/HND in Accounting or related disciplines.
    • Accounting Professional Certification e.g., ACA, ACCA or any other recognized certification will be an added advantage.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
