    Commercial Sales Executive

    About the Role

    • Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for telecommunications? FibreWorld is looking for Commercial Sales Executives to drive our sales growth and expand our market presence.
    • As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling FibreWorld’s FOC deployment, FTTH, dedicated internet, clear channel, and telecom infrastructure services. 
    • You will manage client relationships, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecom and enterprise sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and client engagement.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive market dynamics.

    Requirements

    NOC Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor network performance, detect faults, and escalate issues as needed.
    • Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
    • System & Performance Analysis: Analyze network traffic, optimize bandwidth usage, and generate reports on network health.
    • Preventive Maintenance: Implement proactive measures to prevent network failures and improve system reliability.
    • Collaboration & Escalation: Work closely with field engineers, vendors, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of network incidents, changes, and resolutions.
    • Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to network security policies and industry standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
    • Certifications in networking (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are a plus.
    • Proven experience in NOC operations, network monitoring, and troubleshooting.
    • Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and fiber optic networks.
    • Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Nagios, SolarWinds).
    • Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment and handle critical network issues under pressure.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple financial functions effectively.
