    HR Coordinator - Culture & Performance

    Job Description

    • The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining company culture, strengthening employee engagement, and driving a structured performance management framework that aligns with operational objectives.

    Responsibilities
    Culture & Employee Engagement:

    • Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture across MRO, FBO, and
    • Support functions.
    • Drive employee engagement programs and monitor morale trends.
    • Support leadership in embedding organizational values and behavioral standards.
    • Coordinate employee recognition programs (e.g., performance awards, service milestones).
    • Partner with managers to address engagement gaps and retention risks.

    Performance Management:

    • Administer and enhance the company’s performance appraisal system.
    • Support goal-setting alignment (KPIs/OKRs) across departments.
    • Track performance outcomes and identify development needs.
    • Ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles.
    • Provide coaching to managers on conducting structured performance reviews.

    Employee Relations & Compliance:

    • Manage employee disciplinary processes in line with company policy and Nigerian Labour
    • Law.
    • Support investigations and documentation.
    • Promote fairness, consistency, and procedural integrity.
    • Maintain HR documentation and compliance standards.

    Talent Development & Recognition:

    • Support learning and development initiatives.
    • Identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.
    • Coordinate structured recognition and reward frameworks tied to performance.

    HR Operations Support:

    • Maintain accurate employee records.
    • Support HR reporting and analytics.
    • Assist in workforce planning initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3–6 years’ progressive HR experience.
    • Experience in aviation, engineering, or structured operational environments is an advantage.
    • Professional HR certification is desirable.

    Maintenance Production Assistant

    Job Description

    • This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflow coordination, documentation control, and operational support within a regulated aviation maintenance environment.

    Responsibilities
    Production Coordination Support:

    • Assist in coordinating daily maintenance tasks and work packages.
    • Support planning and tracking of aircraft maintenance schedules.
    • Liaise with engineers, planners, stores, and MCC to ensure timely task completion.
    • Monitor job card status and escalate delays to the Production Manager.

    Documentation & Compliance:

    • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records in line with NCAA and company standards.
    • Support filing, tracking, and control of work orders, task cards, and technical documents.
    • Assist with audit preparation and documentation retrieval.
    • Maintain accurate production logs and reporting records.

    Operational Support:

    • Track manpower allocation across aircraft and maintenance tasks.
    • Assist with coordination of tooling, equipment, and hangar space utilization.
    • Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) administrative coordination where required.
    • Provide administrative support during heavy checks and special projects.

    Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

    • Prepare daily production reports.
    • Assist in tracking such as task completion rates, turnaround time, and manpower
    • efficiency.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the MRO.

    Qualification and Experience

    • HND/BSc in Engineering, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2–4 years’ experience in an aviation, engineering, or technical operations environment.
    • Experience in an MRO or aircraft maintenance environment is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of aviation regulatory documentation standards is desirable.

    • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
    • Ability to work in a structured, safety-critical environment.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
