    Marketer

    Job Summary

    • We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
    • The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, audience behavior, and storytelling and knows how to turn strategy into results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
    • Create and manage content for social media, email, websites, and ads
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities
    • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
    • Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align messaging
    • Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timeline
    • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all communications.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, email platforms, social media tools)
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives.
    • This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage executives’ calendars, schedules, and appointments
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
    • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
    • Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
    • Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
    • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents
    • Track deadlines, projects, and priorities to ensure timely execution
    • Assist with event planning, board meetings, and executive-level functions
    • Screen calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and respond appropriately.
    • Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as required.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and other productivity tools
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and proactively
    • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
