    Junior Associate, Risk and Compliance

    The Risk and Compliance Associate will provide KYC-related compliance advisory support on matters involving the Global KYC Standards and local KYC requirements, including policy interpretations, and clarifications on customer due diligence, change requests, and manage correspondence with law enforcement agencies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Verify customer identities and documentation during the onboarding process to prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers or accounts as required.
    • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and recommend updates to the KYC processes accordingly.
    • Perform continuous transaction monitoring to identify unusual or suspicious activities
    • Manage correspondence with Law Enforcement Agencies 
    • Liaise with account managers, back office and front staff with regards to accounts review and refresh
    • Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions, identifying risks related to money laundering and terrorist financing.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes related to regulatory compliance
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operations adhere to internal policies and external regulations.

    Field Sales Agent

    This is a unique opportunity. You'll gain hands-on experience and you'll have the resources to take a significant part in the creation of a paradigm-changing product that will impact millions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct daily field visits to Business districts and offices within Lagos to introduce DuploSpend.
    • Educate potential customers on how Duplo simplifies expense management, payment workflows, and approvals.
    • Build relationships with SMEs and decision-makers to identify pain points and position Duplo as a solution.
    • Schedule and facilitate onboarding or demo sessions (with support from internal teams if needed).
    • Achieve weekly and monthly seat sign-up targets.
    • Log all field activity and updates in the CRM.
    • Actively follow up with warm leads to drive conversion.
    • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and the support team on feedback from the field to improve GTM efforts.
    • Represent the Duplo brand professionally in all face-to-face interactions.

    Educational/Technical/Soft Skill Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
    • At least 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, direct sales, or B2B outreach.
    • Good understanding of SMEs and Nigerian market dynamics.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Confident public speaker and persuasive closer.
    • Proficient in using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

    Information Security Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership & Governance

    • Define and lead the strategic direction of our Information Security program in alignment with the Board-approved policies.
    • Oversee the design and execution of enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies to protect critical business information systems and assets.
    • Develop and maintain an information security governance framework, ensuring appropriate accountability, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Operational & Budgetary Management

    • Direct and manage the security operations, including security architecture, vulnerability management, identity & access management, incident response, and threat intelligence.
    • Administer the information security budget, optimizing investments in tools, resources, and staff to support ongoing protection efforts.

    Regulatory & Risk Management

    • Monitor and interpret national and global regulatory developments, cyber threats, and trends to proactively enhance our security posture.
    • Serve as the liaison with the CBN, law enforcement, and other regulatory agencies on security-related matters, including audits and compliance reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with CBN guidelines, NDPR, GDPR (where applicable), ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and other security frameworks or standards.

    Program Development & Implementation

    • Develop and continuously improve a comprehensive information security program, encompassing:
      • Risk assessments and management
      • Data protection and encryption policies
      • Security awareness training
      • Incident detection and response plans
      • Vendor risk management
         
    • Lead information security planning across all business areas, including administrative, legal, financial, and technology functions.

    Stakeholder Communication & Awareness

    • Report regularly to senior management and the Board on the status of the information security posture, risk exposure, mitigation actions, and resource needs.
    • Drive a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization via continuous education and engagement.
    • Collaborate with other business units to integrate security considerations into project planning and digital innovation initiatives.

    Technical & Professional Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, with:
      • At least 5 years in a senior management position
      • At least 5 years in an IT security or audit role
    • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, especially CBN Guidelines related to information and cybersecurity.
    • Experience in leading incident response and crisis communication efforts.
    • Familiarity with core banking systems, payment platforms, and financial technology infrastructures.
    • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing security teams.
    • Effective communication skills to convey complex security topics to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
    • Professional Certifications in at least one of the following:
      • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
      • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
      • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
      • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
      • Other relevant IT security/audit certification

    Technical Writer

    This is a contract role with the potential to be renewed based on performance and business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical product documentation for payment APIs, expense workflows, and related platform features.
    • Create developer-focused content such as API reference guides, integration tutorials, code samples, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and clarify technical concepts.
    • Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible, and engaging language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Organize and structure content for easy navigation and quick reference, ensuring consistency and adherence to style guides.
    • Leverage visual aids (diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots) to enhance understanding of workflows and API usage.

    Technical & Professional Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in fintech, B2B SaaS, or API-driven environments.
    • Proven experience creating API documentation, with a strong understanding of REST, JSON, and web services.
    • Ability to read and interpret code (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) and technical specifications.
    • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Git, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Postman.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and gathering technical information from diverse stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications
