    Chief Revenue Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead business development, sales, partnerships, and commercial operations across multiple revenue streams.
    • Develop and execute enterprise-wide revenue growth and market expansion strategies.
    • Drive client acquisition and revenue generation within private sector, government, and institutional markets.
    • Build and manage strategic relationships with regulators, government agencies, enterprise clients, and ecosystem stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in commercial leadership roles within technology, SaaS, software, consulting, or digital services environments.
    • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships.
    • Strong understanding of technology-enabled solutions and complex B2B sales environments.
    • Proven experience managing multi-product or multi-business-line commercial operations.
    • Experience working with enterprise, institutional, or government clients.
    • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic execution capabilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • An MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

    People & Culture Lead

    ROLE OVERVIEW: 

    • The People & Culture Lead is responsible for driving organisational development, talent management, employee engagement, and people strategy initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
    • This role provides strategic leadership across the people function by designing and implementing frameworks, policies, and culture initiatives that align workforce performance with organisational objectives. The ideal candidate should possess the capacity to support and deliver across the Group’s subsidiaries, possess strong leadership capability, strategic HR expertise, and the ability to foster a high-performance, people-centered, and execution-focused work environment.

    • Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent are highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities.
    • Prior experience within consulting, technology, professional services, or fast-growing organisations is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, culture transformation, and people strategy implementation.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS :

    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
    • Experience using HRIS platforms and talent management systems.
    • Strong knowledge of HR analytics, workforce reporting, and people data interpretation.
    • Strong understanding of labour legislation, HR compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

    Advisory and Insights Associate

    ROLE OVERVIEW: 

    • The Advisory and Insights Associate role should possess the capacity to support and contribute across the Company’s subsidiaries and strategic business units, including Infrastructure & Energy, Investment Banking & Financial Advisory, Agriculture, and Technology.
    • The role shall also possess the capacity to manage projects end-to-end and support project delivery efforts through research, analysis, coordination, and execution support across engagements and initiatives.

    • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in public sector consulting, government advisory, policy research, development consulting, or related roles.
    • Prior experience within consulting, finance, development advisory, government, or structured corporate environments is highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in supporting advisory engagements, policy development, research, strategic consulting, and end-to-end implementation initiatives.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS :

    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
    • Experience using data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, Power BI, Tableau, or related platforms.
    • Strong report writing, research documentation, presentation, and strategic communication capability.
    • Understanding of public sector systems, government budgeting, public procurement, policy cycles, and digital transformation initiatives.
