    Chief Revenue Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead business development, sales, partnerships, and commercial operations across multiple revenue streams.
    • Develop and execute enterprise-wide revenue growth and market expansion strategies.
    • Drive client acquisition and revenue generation within private sector, government, and institutional markets.
    • Build and manage strategic relationships with regulators, government agencies, enterprise clients, and ecosystem stakeholders.
    • Oversee pipeline governance, forecasting, commercial reporting, and revenue performance tracking.
    • Lead go-to-market planning and commercialisation strategies for digital products and technology solutions.
    • Identify and unlock new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align commercial objectives with corporate strategy.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing commercial and cross-functional teams.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in commercial leadership roles within technology, SaaS, software, consulting, or digital services environments.
    • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships.
    • Strong understanding of technology-enabled solutions and complex B2B sales environments.
    • Proven experience managing multi-product or multi-business-line commercial operations.
    • Experience working with enterprise, institutional, or government clients.
    • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic execution capabilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • An MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
