    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee global financing activities, develop strategic financing solutions, and manage investor relations within the automobile industry. 
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring global financial markets, structuring financing schemes, optimizing fund management, and ensuring compliance with international financial regulations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Global Financing Market Research:

    • Monitor and analyze global capital market trends, financial policies, and financing tools relevant to the automobile industry.

    Financing Scheme Design and Implementation:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseas investment, strategic financial planning, or corporate finance in a multinational company, preferably within the automobile, energy, or infrastructure industries.
    • Strong understanding of international financing instruments, foreign exchange management, and fund operations.
    • Ability to develop innovative financing solutions tailored to the automobile sector.
    • Experience managing financing portfolios, structuring loans, and handling financial risk assessment.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and corporate finance.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Sage).
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

    Executive Assistant to CFO

    Job Summary

    • The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the CFO’s office. 
    • The EA will handle confidential financial information, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders. 
    • The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities
    Administrative Support:

    • Manage the CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and organize financial reports, presentations, and documents for board meetings, investor meetings, and executive briefings.
    • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CFO.
    • Maintain financial records, reports, and other sensitive documents with discretion.
