    Accountant

    Main Duties

    • Assisting the CFO in day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
    • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the monthly tax remittances – VAT, WHT. PAYE Tax and other similar taxes to FIRS and LIRS.
    • Ensure compliance with monthly staff Pension remittance and other statutory deduction.
    • Support in the preparation for the tax audit exercise – documentation and other activities precedent to, during and after the tax audit.
    • Support in the filing and documentation of all statutory compliance Certificates, required for the company's business operations.
    • Support in the update and review of periodic financial and management reports.
    • Support in the application and documentation for the various financing arrangements.
    • Support during the statutory audit exercise.
    • Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
    • Monitoring financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.
    • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis.
    • Support the CFO in financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
    • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensuring compliance in financial operations.
    • Performing other duties as assigned by the CFO.

    Personal Qualities & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Must have 3 years plus cognate experience in a similar position from reputable big organization.
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Accountant, preferably in a corporate setting.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and accounting software especially Zoho Books.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
    • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information.
    • Experience with financial reporting and auditing processes.
    • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
    • Demonstrates sense of urgency & tenacious at work.

    Enterprise Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our Fiber Internet, Cloud Services, Managed Services, and other Value-Added Services to enterprise customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise customers
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our services
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams, to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
    • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to customers

    Requirements and Qualifications

    Job holder must posses:

    • Experience working with enterprise customers

    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

    Driver

    Main Duties

    • Drive and clean Company’s vehicle every day.
    • Determine the most efficient route to destinations to ensure timely arrival.
    • Inspect and maintain the vehicle and all related equipment, putting in repair requests to HR & Admin. Team Lead as necessary to maintain safe operation.
    • Determine fuel level and refill fuel tank at quarter level.
    • Work during weekends and in shifts.
    • Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank.
    • Carryout basic repairs and maintenance on the vehicle.
    • Any other duties assigned.

    Job Holder must possess the following:

    • At least Secondary School Certificate.
    • Valid driver’s license.

    Front Desk Executive

    Main Duties

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, packages and deliveries and route to the appropriate department.
    • Answer and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and board room.
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward Customers at all times.
    • Keeping records of Customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing and document preparation.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
    • Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional Customer support at all times.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with external and internal Customers.
    • Liaise with Customer Support on fault resolutions and Customer account reconciliation.
    • Engage Customer over phone and direct them to Customer Support Unit for prompt resolution.
    • Manage the organization website chat bot or other inquiry.
    • Manage the social media of the organization.
    • Manage the delivery of parcel/order.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
    • Any other tasks assigned to you by the Management.

    Personal Qualities & Qualifications
    Demand on the Job:

    • Degree holder in Mass Communication, English or related discipline from a reputable higher institution.
    • Must have least 3 years cognate experience in Front Office Management post NYSC.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Female only with commanding personality.
    • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Ability to work under none or minimal supervision.
    • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1.
    • Maybe required to work weekend once in a while.
