    Human Resources Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards
    • Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements
    • Facilitate performance reviews and support professional development
    • Conduct training sessions on general HR activities, such as employee orientation, performance management, and compliance training

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3+ years of HR experience in a healthcare or related setting
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
    • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Fluency in Hausa is an added advantage

    Business Development Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and approach potential clients, present our services, and coordinate with the Business Development Manager to execute acquisition strategies
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Participate in promotional events, medical outreach programs, and campaigns to create awareness about our services
    • Conduct market research, analyse trends, and provide feedback to improve services
    • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and team members to implement marketing strategies
    • Meet monthly sales and referral targets, generate referrals, and track client conversions
    • Prepare and submit regular activity reports and provide data-driven insights

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the healthcare industry
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets
    • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations
