    Receptionist

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
    • Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • A friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.

    Customer Representative

    • We are looking for a Customer Representative to ensure excellent service delivery, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and assist in resolving issues promptly.
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
    • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and customer service procedures.
    • Friendly and patient demeanor.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
