    Marine Coordinator (AG4 Offshore Logistics)

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an experienced Marine Coordinator to optimize the scheduling and execution of AG4 deliveries to offshore platforms.
    • This pivotal role requires expert knowledge of Nigerian maritime logistics and the ability to coordinate between vessels, terminals, and offshore installations while maintaining strict compliance with NIMASA and NCDMB regulations.

    Core Responsibilities
    Vessel Scheduling & Operations:

    • Plan and execute daily bunkering schedules for 5+ vessels
    • Optimize tanker turnaround times (<24 hours port stay)
    • Coordinate ship-to-ship (STS) transfers in compliance with NIMASA guidelines

    Offshore Logistics Management:

    • Liaise with offshore installation managers for:
      • Delivery window planning
      • Weather contingency planning
      • Emergency response coordination
    • Maintain98% on-time delivery performance

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Secure all required marine permits:
      • NIMASA bunkering permits

    Qualifications & Competencies
    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's in Maritime Studies / Nautical Science

    Certifications:

    • STCW II/2 Deck Officer License

    Tank Farm Operations Supervisor (AGO Storage and Handling)

    Job Role

    • Ataogo Nigeria Limited is seeking a Tank Farm Operations Supervisorto ensure safe and efficient storage of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) at our terminal. 
    • The successful candidate will implement zero-tolerance safety protocolswhile maintaining 99.9% product integrity across 25,000MT storage capacity.

    Core Responsibilities
    Storage Operations Management:

    • Oversee daily tank farm activities:
      • Receipt from marine/road transporters
      • Storage temperature/pressure monitoring
      • Dispatch to bunker vessels
    • Maintain <0.1% evaporation losses
    • Implement first-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory system

    Safety & Compliance:

    • Enforce HSE regulations for:
      • Hot work permits
      • Tank entry procedures
      • Emergency shutdown systems
    • Conduct weekly safety drills:

    Equipment Maintenance:
