MAIN FUNCTIONS

Provide Project team with overall management and coordination of logistics planning, early project assessment and execution. Interface with Operations Logistics, Production Affiliate,
Drilling, Procurement, and other General Services throughout the various stages of the process. Collaborate on logistics between Drilling and company Projects and share lessons
learned.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate logistics needs for project and assign appropriate resources
• Engage with projects in early planning phase to understand logistics issues and ensure allocation of appropriate resources
• Provide logistics guidance and expertise to ensure effective planning of pre-Gate 3 activities with focus on overall project logistics and infrastructure, contracting strategies and work breakdown structures, and organization plans
• Review and ensure that logistics deliverables meet project requirements
• Attend and provide input to project logistics planning activities, meetings, and workshops
• Maintain current knowledge of contractor capabilities in appropriate markets
• Ensure that overlapping or conflicting logistics requirements are minimized or coordinated to ensure movements remain within capacities
• Lead development of logistics contracting strategies and administer contracts
• Leverage corporate expertise or specialists to accomplish logistics objectives and work plans

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in logistics planning and execution, construction, safety, and procurement
• BS/MS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other Technical degree
• Willing to travel for business (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide functional support
• Reservoir Engineering management experience
• Experienced in corporate production forecasting
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in managing multi-cultural and multi discipline team

Description

Owns end-to-end delivery of the rig campaign (workovers → completions → drilling), assuring HSE, well integrity, schedule, and cost.

• Planning/Engineering: Validate well objectives, programs, and AFE; ensure workover → completion → drilling sequence logic, critical path, and SIMOPS alignment with production ops.
• Execution Oversight: Lead daily ops call; approve critical operations (BOP tests, well kill ops, inflow tests, perforations, fishing, cement squeezes, sand-control, well clean-up). Issue go/no-go for stage gates.
• Performance: Drive KPI reviews (ROP, NPT, flat time, cost per meter/job). Deploy performance tools (look-backs, after-action reviews, lessons learned).
• Contracting/Cost Control: Verify call-offs vs MSA/FTSA; approve field tickets; challenge variances; enforce fair-market pricing and BEME adherence.
• Regulatory/Standards: Ensure compliance with NUPRC permits/reporting, well barrier policies, and Good Oilfield Practice.
• People/Interface: Lead Company Reps (day/night), completions/well services, HSE, QA/QC, logistics, marine, wireline/slickline, cementing, mud, well test, and production ops.

Reporting To: Strategy and Commercial Officer

• Supports the strategic and commercial operations of the organization by managing end-to-end commercial processes, contract administration, business documentation, pricing strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Key liaison between project teams, procurement, and executive

• Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of all commercial documents, including pricing schedules, variations, and change orders.
• Track and manage service orders (SOs) and ensure timely processing of commercial approvals in collaboration with project and procurement teams.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years' experience in commercial coordination, project support, or business administration roles within oil & gas, EPC, or energy service sectors.
• Strong working knowledge of MSA, FMA, EPC contracts, and approval processes for JV-led operations.
• Prior experience preparing Tender Board and AFE documentation is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, trackers), PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or ERP platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize commercial data and prepare decision-ready packages.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially for formal submissions.
