MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provide Project team with overall management and coordination of logistics planning, early project assessment and execution. Interface with Operations Logistics, Production Affiliate,
Drilling, Procurement, and other General Services throughout the various stages of the process. Collaborate on logistics between Drilling and company Projects and share lessons
learned.

Owns end-to-end delivery of the rig campaign (workovers → completions → drilling), assuring HSE, well integrity, schedule, and cost.
- Planning/Engineering: Validate well objectives, programs, and AFE; ensure workover → completion → drilling sequence logic, critical path, and SIMOPS alignment with production ops.
- Execution Oversight: Lead daily ops call; approve critical operations (BOP tests, well kill ops, inflow tests, perforations, fishing, cement squeezes, sand-control, well clean-up). Issue go/no-go for stage gates.
