    Assistant Drilling Supervisor (Night Company Man)

    Description

    Reports to: Drilling Supervisor

    • Maintain safe, continuous night operations, holding the line on program, barriers, and quality.
    • Lead night shift; conduct toolbox talks; ensure handover quality.
    • Monitor well parameters and alarms; initiate shut-in per program; execute well control first actions.
    • Verify tallys, cement volumes, mud properties, hydraulics; sign-off on night DOR.
    • Escalate deviations/abnormal trends; prepare next-day look-ahead with the day Company Man.

    Job Requirement

    • 7+ yrs rig-site D&C
    • IWCF L3/4
    • BOSIET/HUET
    • H2S.
