QA/QC / Wellsite Supervisor (Rig Operations) at Amaiden Energy Nigeria

Description

Reports to: D&C Supervisor with functional link to QA/QC Lead

• Assure quality of equipment, materials, and critical operations on the rig.
• Enforce inspection & test plans (ITPs); witness FAT/SIT where required; verify CoCs/MTRs for tubulars, wellhead, BOP, elastomers.
• Oversee running procedures for casing/tubing; confirm drifts, tallies, torque/turn graphs, connection make-up acceptance criteria.
• Validate mud checks, cement slurry QA (density, rheology, free-fluid, thickening time), and lab results.
• Audit permits, JSAs, and lifting plans; verify calibration of gauges, load cells, torque equipment, and flow meters.

Job Requirement

• 8+ yrs QA/QC in drilling/completions
• Familiarity with API/ISO for OCTG, BOP, wellheads
• BOSIET/HUET.
