Reports to: D&C Supervisor

• Rig-site authority for safe and efficient execution of approved program.
• Run the well per program; perform pre-job briefs, JSA, and permit-to-work verification.
• Supervise rig crew and service companies (directional, mud, cementing, wireline, fishing); verify critical tests (BOP/annular/accumulator), pit-gain monitoring, kick detection/response.
• Approve step-changes, deviations, and contingencies; maintain well barrier schematic and red-line drawings.
• Real-time cost/time tracking vs look-ahead; daily ops report (DOR), morning report inputs, DDR verification.
• Enforce DROPS, lifting plans, confined-space, and SIMOPS controls with marine/production teams.

Job Requirement

• 8–10 yrs supervisory drilling experience
• IWCF L4
• BOSIET/HUET
• H2S
• Strong knowledge of swamp logistics and barge operations.
