    Kitchen Production Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
    • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in food production.
    • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
    • Work closely with the appropriate team to develop and update menu items, considering customer preferences, cost-effectiveness, and operational feasibility.
    • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to make informed decisions regarding menu changes and enhancements.

    Requirements

    • A First Degree in related field
    • 2 - 3 years work experience.
    • Proven experience as a Kitchen Production Manager or similar role in a high-volume food service establishment, preferably within the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and culinary trends.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

    Account Supervisory Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensuring the Company’s management accounting procedures and system are complied with as directed by FC
    • Overseeing the accounting operations of the all sections under your management, kitchen production accounts (W.I.P), finished goods (cost of sales).
    • Supervising monthly stock taking of raw materials, W.I.P, packaging materials and finished goods.
    • Check accuracy of all store supporting documents before committing to ledger.
    • Supervising collation and posting of Kitchen yield transfer notes the cost ledger.
    • Must ensure weekly stock reports are supported with stock receipt note/GRN, store requisition note, transfer note etc, duly authorized and approved by designated managers.
    • Posting of daily distribution to all outlets using the daily production distribution document raised from FPS and CK production floor
    • Tracing of Head Office purchase invoices to P & L Report from
    • Responsible for preparation of Management accounts review and reporting

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc. in Accounting, Finance or any other related field.
    • 3 - 5 years experience in similar role
    • Knowledge of accounting packages.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and budgeting.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Knowledge about MS office, excel, and Adobe Acrobat

    Senior Account Executives (Stock Management)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Purchase receipt postings from Mile12 Market and Lagos Market
    • Conversion of LPO raised from purchasing department to Purchase receipt.
    • Posting of daily requisition document from kitchen floor – Protein semi finished goods, normal semi finished goods & perishables by using Manufacturing Repack Module.
    • Review of ERPNEXT stock ledger and balances.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
    • Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to ensure optimal levels of inventory.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of stock.
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of stock levels, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and operational requirements.
    • Present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and proposing actionable recommendations.
    • Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align stock management strategies with overall business goals.

    Requirements

    Senior Audit Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan, including financial, operational, and compliance audits yearly for the organization.
    • Track the cash flow and accounts of the organization to ensure that they are being recorded and processes correctly
    • Ensure all assets are protected through appropriate control measures and that financial records meet legal standards, assess risk and develops audit direction.
    • Manage project to quality outcomes, while meeting established time budget.
    • Conduct audits working directly with all internal management levels as well as external clients and recording existing control environment over business risk.
