    Junior Accountant (Accounts Receivable)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Handle Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and customer reconciliations.
    • Prepare and update ageing reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with cross function for timely collections.
    • Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
    • Prepare periodic financial reports and assist auditors during reviews.
    • Use Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, etc.) for resolution of billing or payment discrepancies.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, with preference for Accounts Receivable exposure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).
    • Working knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar accounting systems (SAP, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, etc) is an advantage.
    • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable management or customer billing.
    • Exposure to ERP environments, especially Oracle Fusion or E-Business Suite.

    Junior Accountant (Accounts Payables)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Accounts Payable:

    • Process vendor invoices, ensure correct accounting, approvals, and timely postings in the ERP system.
    • Verify supporting documents (POs, GRNs, invoices) and resolve discrepancies with procurement or user departments.
    • Prepare and process vendor payments (cheques, transfers) in line with company policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date vendor ledgers and ensure timely reconciliations. 
    • Monitor advances and prepayments and ensure accurate adjustments.
    • Calculate and deduct Withholding Taxes (WHT) as per applicable tax laws.
    • Compute and record VAT input and output taxes accurately

    Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare AP ageing reports and assist in cash flow planning.
    • Use Microsoft Excel for reconciliations, data analysis, and reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUP,etc.).
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payables
    • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations, reporting).
    • Working knowledge of ERP systems – Oracle preferred, SAP, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics also acceptable. 
    • Good understanding of WHT, VAT, and local tax laws.
    • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Prior experience in Accounts Payable, vendor management, and tax compliance.
    • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP environments.

    Technical Assistant to the CEO

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly resourceful Technical Assistant (TA) to provide strategic, technical, and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.
    • The ideal candidate must be confident, intelligent, and proactive — capable of anticipating the CEO’s needs and acting independently to ensure priorities are achieved seamlessly. This person will not only handle daily administrative and operational functions but will also serve as an extension of the CEO, representing them in meetings and providing strategic input when required.
    • The EA will play a vital role in ensuring the CEO’s office operates efficiently, decisions are well-informed, and business goals are achieved in a timely, professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Executive Support & Strategic Coordination

    • Serve as the trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
    • Represent the CEO in meetings, presentations, and official functions when required.
    • Anticipate the CEO’s needs, providing solutions and insights before issues escalate or decisions are due.
    • Prepare and review documents, reports, speeches, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
    • Coordinate high-level projects and strategic initiatives across departments to ensure timely execution.
    • Monitor business trends, operational performance, and market insights to provide the CEO with actionable intelligence.
    • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO and prepare detailed briefs and follow-up actions.

    Operational & Administrative Excellence

    • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure effective time management.
    • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, and documentation for both local and international engagements.
    • Track deadlines, key deliverables, and commitments, ensuring prompt execution.
    • Support the preparation of board papers, executive summaries, and management reports.
    • Maintain organized systems for document management, correspondence, and data tracking.

    Business & Analytical Support

    • Conduct research and provide well-analyzed insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
    • Evaluate proposals, reports, and memos before they reach the CEO, summarizing key information and recommendations.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
    • Maintain oversight of ongoing projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Leadership & Relationship Management

    • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization and act as a bridge between the CEO and team members.
    • Provide mentorship and coordination support to junior staff within the CEO’s office.
    • Demonstrate a professional image that reflects the CEO’s vision, values, and leadership style.
    • Manage and facilitate communication with investors, partners, regulatory bodies, and high-level clients.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience as a Technical Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting a C-suite executive.
    • Proven ability to represent senior executives with confidence and discretion.
    • Strong business acumen with understanding of corporate operations, finance, and strategy.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business productivity tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Emotionally intelligent, composed under pressure, and capable of working independently.
    • Demonstrated record of trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive information.
