    Key Responsibilities:

    Executive Support & Strategic Coordination

    • Serve as the trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
    • Represent the CEO in meetings, presentations, and official functions when required.
    • Anticipate the CEO’s needs, providing solutions and insights before issues escalate or decisions are due.
    • Prepare and review documents, reports, speeches, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
    • Coordinate high-level projects and strategic initiatives across departments to ensure timely execution.
    • Monitor business trends, operational performance, and market insights to provide the CEO with actionable intelligence.
    • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO and prepare detailed briefs and follow-up actions.

    Operational & Administrative Excellence

    • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure effective time management.
    • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, and documentation for both local and international engagements.
    • Track deadlines, key deliverables, and commitments, ensuring prompt execution.
    • Support the preparation of board papers, executive summaries, and management reports.
    • Maintain organized systems for document management, correspondence, and data tracking.

    Business & Analytical Support

    • Conduct research and provide well-analyzed insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
    • Evaluate proposals, reports, and memos before they reach the CEO, summarizing key information and recommendations.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
    • Maintain oversight of ongoing projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Leadership & Relationship Management

    • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization and act as a bridge between the CEO and team members.
    • Provide mentorship and coordination support to junior staff within the CEO’s office.
    • Demonstrate a professional image that reflects the CEO’s vision, values, and leadership style.
    • Manage and facilitate communication with investors, partners, regulatory bodies, and high-level clients.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience as a Technical Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting a C-suite executive.
    • Proven ability to represent senior executives with confidence and discretion.
    • Strong business acumen with understanding of corporate operations, finance, and strategy.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business productivity tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Emotionally intelligent, composed under pressure, and capable of working independently.
